Returns Policy

The Koven Court welcomes the return of most pieces that do not meet your satisfaction. Unfortunately, there are certain circumstances under which we cannot accept a return. Custom or bespoke pieces, pieces resized or modified per your specific instructions, and discounted final sale items may not be returned.

Customers who pay for an item in full, up-front (without a layaway plan), may request to return their item within 3 days of receiving it, and get 100% of their money back, refunded by their original method of purchase. All returns requested between three and seven days after receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the remainder may be refunded or noted as a gift card/shop credit at our discretion. Returns after 7 days are fully at our discretion and will NOT be eligible for a cash refund, and will only be able to receive a store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee).*

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the piece in the condition in which it was received, using a properly secure and insured shipment method. If the customer wishes to return an item received, we encourage them to reach out to us within three days of them receiving the item.

Customers who wish to return an item that was purchased through a layaway plan are only eligible for shop credit in the amount of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.* 

*These limitations may be waived in a case where through error, there was misrepresentation of an item. In the case of gross misrepresentation of items, we encourage the customer to reach out to us to resolve the issue.
