The tradition of class rings originated with the class of 1835 at the United States Military Academy at West Point. From there, the practice of a dated ring signifying ones alma mater became a popular fashion, worn as a symbol of pride and accomplishment.

This class ring, dated 1926, bears the insignia of an undetermined school, with the date 1926 on the shoulders. The style has Art Deco characteristics, as seen in the linear bas relief work on the shank, and the stylized lettering on the ring face. Soon to be an official antique, this vintage ring is a must-have for collectors of Nostalgia and American Classics!
